인공지능학과

박대훈 교수는 2018년 서울대학교 의과대학 의과학과에서 신경생리학 연구로 박사학위를 받았으며, 이후 2018년 부터 2023년까지 미국의 Yale University School of Medicine에서 신경생물학 분야 대가인 Pietro De Camilli 연구실에서 박사후 연구원으로 활동하였다. 2023년 부터 본교에서 신경의학 연구실을 운영해 오고 있으며, 주 연구 분야는 알츠하이머나 파킨슨과 같은 신경퇴행성 질환의 발병메커니즘에 대한 규명과 시냅스 전 말단으로도 불리는 Presynaptic terminal에서 일어나는 synapse biology이다.  현재 미국의 Yale University, University of Maine  및 독일의 University of Tübingen 등 해외 유수 연구진과의 활발한 국제 공동연구를 수행하고 있다. 

Daehun Park received his Ph.D. in neurophysiology from Seoul National University College of Medicine in 2018. Following that, from 2018 to 2023, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the laboratory of Pietro De Camilli, a leading scientist in the field of neuroscience, at Yale University School of Medicine in the United States. Since 2023, he has been running the Neuro Medical Lab here at The Catholic University of Korea. His main research focuses on elucidating the mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, particularly at the molecular level. He is also interested in basic synaptic biology to understand neuronal communication mechanisms. Currently, he is actively engaged in international collaborative research with leading researchers from institutions such as Yale University, the University of Maine in the United States, and the University of Tübingen in Germany.

다중 에이전트 환경에서 자율적인 의사결정을 위한 분산인공지능 연구를 수행해 오고 있다. 시간제약적인 환경에서 기계학습 알고리즘과 결정이론을 활용한 유연한 의사결정 방법에 대한 연구 및 국방분야에서 다양한 센서입력을 융합하여 자율적으로 상황을 인지할 수 있는 무인화 연구 등을 주로 연구하고 있다. 1999년 텍사스주립대학(University of Texas at Arlington)에서 지능형 에이전트 연구로 박사학위를 받았으며, 2000년 Oregon Graduate Institute의 Center for Human-Computer Communication에서 박사후 연구원으로 활동하였으며, 2000년 8월부터 2002년 2월까지 미조리주립대학(University of Missouri at Rolla)에서 조교수를 역임하였다. 2002년 3월부터 가톨릭대학교 컴퓨터정보공학부 교수로써 지능형시스템 연구센터를 운영해 오고 있다.  무인화 연구를 다양한 분야에서 수행하고 있으며, 현재까지 총 80여편의 논문을 SCI급 국제학술지에 발표했으며, 15건 이상의 산학연 연구과제를 연구책임자로 수행한 바 있다.

My research interests are multi-agent systems, decision theory, knowledge management, intelligent agent, and distributed artificial intelligence. I received a Ph.D. in computer science and engineering form the University of Texas, Arlington, TX, in 1999. I am a professor in the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering at The Catholic University of Korea, Korea. I previously held research positions at the Agency for Defence Development, Korea (1989-1995), in the Center for Human-Computer Communication, Oregon Graduate Institute, Beaverton, OR (2000), and was an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Missouri, Rolla, MO (2000-2002). I am a member of American Association for Artificial Intelligence (AAAI), and served as a program committee on Robust Autonomy in the AAAI Spring Symposium, March 2001, Stanford University. I was a visiting researcher within the Berkeley Initiative in Soft Computing (BISC) in the Department of EECS at the University of California, Berkeley, from January 2006 to January 2008. I am currently leading Center for Intelligent Systems within the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering at The Catholic University of Korea.
